Maintenance Agreements - "Our Comfort Club"

Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst; on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave; times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most.

Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.

WORK TO BE PERFORMED: We agree to perform inspection and maintenance services for a period of 364 days from the date of this contract. The inspection and maintenance services to be performed as a part of this agreement include two inspections per 364 days at intervals of approximately six months (excludes silver agreement).

CONDITIONS:

  1. This Comfort Club agreement is not a service contract, and does not include the costs for labor and/or parts for repairs to the covered equipment. This is not an extended warranty, nor does it imply warranty coverage of any type.
  2. All repairs are COD.
  3. Repair workmanship is guaranteed for life.
  4. All repairs/improvements will be provided at time of maintenance or will be scheduled during regular business hours. (M-F 8am-5pm)
  5. All discounted diagnostic fees are during regular business hours. (M-F 8am-5pm). (Excluding Platinum members (Mon-Sun 8am-5pm)).
  6. For this agreement to be effective, payment must be received with signed white copy within 30 days of Comfort Club renewal date.

ALL MANUFACTURER'S PARTS WARRANTY REQUIRE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE ON YOUR EQUIPMENT.
